ORGANIZATION
EBR is divided into two primary divisions: Military
Studies and Decision Systems.
The Military Studies Division is a leader in research,
development, experimentation, and analysis on future
military operations. The core capability of the program
is focused on command, control, communications, and
intelligence (C3I) processes and the information systems
and technologies that support them.
The Decision Systems Division provides senior executives
with a rapid developmental capability to integrate tools
and techniques to support their critical decisionmaking
and major analytical initiatives. Based on sound methodological
underpinnings the EBR analytical team works with its
clients to map out key decision and analytical processes,
and then determine the relevant information flow. EBR
then integrates leading edge, commercially available
tools that facilitate a seamless as possible flow of
information enabling more effective and efficient analysis
and decisions.
