Technology Market Dynamics Operation Center
EBR is currently engaged in developing several operations
centers for Government organizations to enable their
analysts to effectively track, monitor, and forecast
the market dynamics associated with the development
of key technologies. Discerning emerging technologies,
and being able to identify who the "first movers and
early adopters" are, is also critical to performing
this effort.
