EBR recognizes that tasks awarded under SeaPort-e will vary in complexity and scope, however all projects require the development of a detailed schedule. A high level view is a necessary, but not a sufficient, step for developing and implementing an effective and robust work plan. EBR believes that this detailed schedule represents the best available approach to organizing for superior task achievement, but also recognizes the dynamic environment in which today's transformational military exists, consequently we also build flexibility into our culture allowing us to work with our clients to change course enroute when necessary. EBR will therefore build plans and mechanisms for each awarded task order that will provide for adapting as necessary to meet the inevitable changes that may occur. Within our detailed scheduling process individual tasks will broken down into manageable sub-tasks and individuals will be designated as responsible for each sub-task who will report to the overall task manager. The task manager will be responsible to his or her program manager who is responsible for overall contract performance. EBR project teams constantly meet and interact with each other and company leadership is instantly available to ensure that EBR's objective of consistent technical excellence is achieved. |
